Dave Parker: Executive Chairman

Dave has been President and CEO of ADX since June, 2008, and Executive Chairman since April, 2008. Prior to joining ADX, Dave was President and CEO and a member of the board of directors for DevZuz. DevZuz was a leading open source software company, and a Strategic Member and Board of Directors member of the Eclipse Foundation. DevZuz was funded by Mission Ventures and Redpoint Ventures, and was acquired by Exist Global.

Dave has held several CEO and board positions for a number of software technology companies. He was the original president of WebLogic, prior to its acquisition by BEA Systems. WebLogic achieved a peak market valuation of $3 billion as its pro-rata share of BEA. Dave earlier was responsible for a strategic repositioning and subsequent management buy-out of Quintus from its parent, Intergraph Corporation. Quintus was a pioneer in front-office and eCRM enterprise application software, achieved a peak public market valuation of $1.8 billion, and was subsequently acquired by Avaya. Dave began his career with International Business Machines, and holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Peter Grace: Vice President, Sales

Peter has been Vice President - Sales since 2007, and has served in a variety of sales leadership roles since first joining the company in 2003. Prior to joining ADX, he was responsible for driving sales of supply chain management and electronic commerce solutions to Fortune 500 companies at Commerce One.

Peter started his career at Fluor Corporation in purchasing, was subsequently a founder of a supply chain management company, and then joined Harbinger when they ultimately acquired his company. Peter holds a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary.

Carl Lehmann: Senior Vice President, Strategy

Carl has been Senior Vice President, Strategy since 2007, and a Vice President of ADX since first joining the company in 2005. He is responsible for strategic direction, product management, marketing and professional services. Prior to joining ADX, Carl was Vice President of Research at Gartner

Gartner acquired his former employer, META Group, where he was a trusted advisor to leading Global 2000 companies on supply chain strategy, business-to-business integration, and supplier management. During his 10 years at Gartner and META Group he assisted hundreds of companies in improving competitive advantage and business performance through strategic planning and the innovative use of emerging technologies.

Prior to META Group, Carl held several key managerial positions including: Research Director at BIS Strategic Decisions, Network Services Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation, and in various positions in marketing management at AT&T. Carl holds a BSBA in Finance and International Management from Boston University School of Management.

Stan Orelove: Senior Director, Business Integration

Stan has been Senior Director of Business Integration Services since 2005. Prior to joining ADX, he was employed by Convergys Corporation. He held several senior positions at Convergys during this period, including: Senior Director - Digital Media and Demonstration Support; Senior Director, Technology Innovation and Director and Solutions Architect of the Technical Support Solutions Business Unit.

Stan was the Director of Support for Adage, Inc., a high end computer graphics workstation company prior to joining Convergys. He started his career with a division of Gould Data Systems, later acquired by 3M, where he spent ten years in various technical positions culminating with his role as an International Advanced Technical Support Engineer, traveling the globe to provide support and introduce new advanced digital imaging products and methodologies to 3M partners and subsidiaries world-wide. Mr. Orelove attended Southern Illinois University and Framingham State College with a concentration in business and finance.

Alice Raia: Vice President, Technical Services

Alice has been Vice President - Technical Services since 2008, and has served in a variety of technical leadership roles since first joining the company in 2004. Prior to joining ADX, Alice assumed increasing responsibility in directing successful implementations of EDI, B2B, and other Supply Chain initiatives with several organizations including: Commerce One, Diamond Multimedia, Lucas Arts & Entertainment, O'Reilly Media and Symantec.

Alice started her career at AIG and has engineering, product development, and IT management experience in a variety of industries including health care, high technology, insurance, manufacturing, publishing and retail. She holds an MSM in Information Systems from Purdue University and a BS in Management from Miami University (Ohio).

Dion Raymond: Vice President, Operations

Dion has been Vice President - Operations since 2007, and has led operations at ADX since first joining the company in 2005. Prior to joining ADX, he was employed by Convergys Corporation. His career at Convergys was focused on contact center management in North America and India where he held several positions, including: Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations and Contact Center Manager. Dion's clients at Convergys included major technology companies in the broadband, PC OEM, and software markets.

Dion started his career with a then fledgling PC manufacturer, Gateway 2000. It was at Gateway that he first gained experience in managing large call center organizations; specifically focusing on improving the customer experience through the provision of world class support. After serving in the US Army and securing an ROTC scholarship, Dion earned degrees from DeVry University in Engineering and University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

Tom Stegmann: Vice President, Corporate Development

Tom has been Vice President - Corporate Development since 2004, and has served in both business development and sales leadership roles since first joining ADX in 2000. Prior to joining ADX, he was the National Director of Sales for the Supply Chain Division of Symix Systems (now Infor), the leading supplier of business systems for mid-sized manufacturers and distributors.

Tom held senior business development and sales management positions with Tyecin Systems, Digital Equipment Corporation and UCCEL Corporation earlier in his career. Tom started his career as a licensed Professional Engineer in several states where he was involved in designing nuclear power plants and other major industrial facilities. Tom holds BS and MS degrees in engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

Geraldine Torbik: Director, Human Resources and Legal Affairs

Geraldine has been Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs since 2006, and has served in a variety of administrative roles since first joining ADX in 2000. Prior to joining ADX, she was employed by Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, a Silicon Valley law firm specializing in business, securities and intellectual property law. Geraldine holds a BA in History and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
