Good customer relationships mean everything to you as a supplier. Rapid order fulfillment, accurate shipping information and timely invoicing means happy customers and rapid payments. Features

CommerceView™ was designed to help suppliers avoid gaps in order processing and invoicing. As a Web-based solution, it does this through a unique home page display that alerts users to the critical outstanding tasks that remain to be completed for each purchase order received. CommerceView™ users view only those documents that need attention. This "at-a-glance" approach is called "management by exception." Some of its unique features include:

  • Exception Management: Outstanding order acknowledgements, ship notices and invoices are all displayed so suppliers can take immediate action as required.
  • Discrepancy Management: Discrepancies in documents associated with purchase orders are flagged alerting suppliers to inconsistencies in the number of items, pricing, quantities and units of measure associated with related business documents.
  • Quick and Efficient Sorting: A unique "Commerce Viewer" lets users quickly sort through all the business documents and status types associated with customers and purchase orders.
    • Simple pull down menus let suppliers view documents by customer, type and status.
    • The "Order Status" view lets suppliers select the documents types that still require processing.
    • Sorts through large volumes of orders and business documents to provide an "At-a-Glance" view helping users to focus on exactly what needs to be addressed or processed.
  • Advanced Search: Users can search through thousands of business documents by document type, document number, date ranges, trading partners, status types and import/export status.
  • Event Alerts: Configurable alerts notify users to important events such as new orders from important customers.
  • Order Life Cycle Visibility: An "Order Summary" for each PO received provides a convenient view of all the business documents associated with that order.
  • Back-Office Integration: Integration to accounting, ERP and supply chain back-office systems eliminates manual paper handling enabling seamless, hands-free order processing.
  • One-Button Document Creation: Document turnaround instantly transfers data from a Purchase Order to an invoice, Purchase Order Acknowledgement, Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) or any other business document.
  • "Pre-fill": easily populates commonly used data like shipping information or contact data onto new documents.
  • Multi-User: Add and manage users and access privileges on demand.
