CommerceView allows you to reset your password by using the e-mail address and security answer you used when you first registered. Please read the following instructions and then click the link at the bottom of this page.

1. Clicking the link at the bottom of the page will take you to a CommerceView login screen.
2. Enter the email address you use for CommerceView into the Email Address field.
3. Click the "Click here to reset it." link following the "Forgot your password?" question.
4. The next screen will bring up your security question. Enter the answer to your security question and click "Submit".
5. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you.
6. Log into CommerceView using this temporary password.
7. On the next screen you will be asked to reset your password.
8. Enter your temporary password and a new permanent password. Enter the new password again in the confirmation field and click Submit.
9. You will be logged into CommerceView.
